Melvin Jones

Bro. Melvin Jones, born and raised in Hartford, CT, has been a faithful member of the Church of Christ since 1991. Married to Sis. Riberia Jones since 1991, they are the proud parents of two daughters who actively serve in the Lord’s Church in northern California.

A graduate of the Sunset International Bible Institute, Bro. Jones has served as an Evangelist for over two decades, including 20 years at the Southwest Church of Christ in Hartford, CT. He has made significant contributions to ministry through teaching, leading evangelism efforts, ordaining elders, and expanding outreach via radio and television.

Currently, Bro. Jones serves as the minister at the Oxon Hill Church of Christ in Maryland, where he continues to inspire others in their faith. Together with his family, he remains dedicated to spreading God’s word, seeking the lost, and strengthening the saved.
